Hi, I’m Audrey Darling

I write character-driven romance across subgenres—sports, hacker/tech, mafia, and modern fantasy—where messy hearts still choose love. My stories balance swoon with substance: found family, second chances, and hard-won happily-ever-afters. If you like tension that simmers, banter with bite, and heroes who learn to communicate (eventually), you’ll feel right at home here.

I’m based in Colorado, raising a curious kiddo, finishing my degree, and hauling camera gear to golden-hour scenes when I’m not elbows-deep in revisions. I’m a playlist maker, a structure nerd, and a believer that romance is both art and architecture—emotion layered over intentional craft. You’ll see that in how I build arcs that reward patience, in small gestures that pay off big, and in epilogues that feel like a deep exhale.
